Shipping & Returns


Test Equipment Distributors (TED) will accept returns, replace/exchange product(s) or provide a refund or credit, depending on circumstances. The return process MUST be started within 30 days of receiving your item(s). To start the return, please do the following:

1. Contact us at 800-962-1788 or via email at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Returns must be received by TED within 7 business days of the RMA issue date.

2. Clearly note the RMA Number on ALL shipping labels and on EACH individual item that is being returned.

3. Return the item(s) in the original packaging along with all accessories, certifications, and documentation.

4. Return freight can be prepaid or shipped under a provided TED account number to be deducted from the refund or credit amount.

5. Please note that some returned items may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

6. Special order items may be ineligible for refund or subject to additional restocking charges.

7. All refunds, returns, or replacements are at the sole discretion of Test Equipment Distributors and are under no legal obligation to offer refunds, returns, or replacements.

8. Items damaged during return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
