Test Equipment Distributors (TED) will accept returns, replace/exchange product(s) or provide a refund or credit, depending on circumstances. The return process MUST be started within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
- Contact us at 800-962-1788 or via email at Sales@tedndt.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Returns must be received by TED within 7 business days of the RMA issue date.
- Clearly note the RMA Number on ALL shipping labels and on EACH individual item that is being returned.
- Return the item(s) in the original packaging along with all accessories, certifications, and documentation.
- Return freight can be prepaid or shipped under a provided TED account number to be deducted from the refund or credit amount.
- Please note that some returned items may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
- Special order items may be ineligible for refund or subject to additional restocking charges.
- All refunds, returns, or replacements are at the sole discretion of Test Equipment Distributors and are under no legal obligation to offer refunds, returns, or replacements.
- Items damaged during return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
