Using advanced liquid transfer methods, the Metafix RW2 utilizes a central instrumentation hub to perform highly accurate pH, conductivity, temperature, refraction index sampling.
Once analyzed, the liquid is returned to its original source up to 200ft away and 30ft high.
The data from sampling is then compared to pre-programmed set points and the system can make adjustments to the sample point if needed.
Through the cloud database MetaTrax, the Metafix process monitoring and control system provides real time data for quality assurance.
