Cabinet
- Rugged steel/lead laminate construction provides optimum radiation shielding for both real time and radiographic functions.
- Parts loading door has leaded glass viewing window.
- Large maintenance door allows entry into the cabinet for routine adjustments or maintenance.
- Both part and access doors incorporate radiation safety switches.
X-ray Systems
- PHILIPS MG160 --160kV x-ray source with MGC30 controller, MCN 166 x-ray tube with 0.4mm – 1.5mm focal spot and Haskris water cooler.
- PHILIPS MG120VF -- 120kV x-ray source with MGC35 controller and MCN 121 x-ray tube with variable 0.080mm-0.200mm focal spot.
Manipulator
- Five axis manipulator with X, Y, Z, Rotate and Tilt.
- 14” phenolic parts table with a 100 lb. payload.
- Operator controlled via joystick in an ergonomicly designed control pendant.
Imaging Chain
- 9” Image Intensifier, CCD camera, four leaf lead image intensifier shutters, Hamamatsu digital image processor
