TED modular x-ray shielding panels can be used in conjunction with TED x-ray room motorized sliding doors to create fully enclosed, free standing x-ray rooms, or can be integrated with your existing facility to enclose an area for x-ray operations. Ideal for radiography or real-time x-ray imaging of large parts. These rooms provide the versatility to move or re-configure your x-ray enclosure at any time.

X-Ray Room Motorized Sliding Doors

TED Motorized Sliding Doors operate smoothly and quietly with pushbutton control. These doors ride on a steel rail inside or outside the enclosure wall. A minimum of 6" overlap on both sides and top and a 2" recess in the floor protect against radiation leakage. Personnel safety is assured by a tapeswitch mounted on the leading edge.

Actuating the tapeswitch automatically opens the door. Two pushbutton operating stations are provided; one inside and one outside. Inside mounted doors can be manually opened from inside the room in case of a power failure.
