EHC-09 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge – Monochrome

The EHC-09 is the world’s smallest ultrasonic thickness gauge with a high-resolution live waveform (A-Scan) display. While small in size the EHC-09 is big on features including Auto Zoom tracking that centers echoes in the middle of the screen independent of material thickness. Main bang and echo-to-echo blanking as well as manual and automatic gain adjustments offer complete waveform adjustment and control. The unit can operate in RF, Full Wave, Half Wave + and Half Wave - rectification modes.

Other available features include B-scan to display a cross of the test piece, an echo-to-echo feature that can ignore paint or coating thickness and a Datalogger that can save 50,000 thickness readings and 5,000 waveforms.

EHC-09 Wave Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge - Color

The EHC 09 Wave is the world’s smallest ultrasonic thickness gauge with a high-resolution color waveform display. Available features include live color A-Scan, Encoded B-Scan, 50K thickness reading (5,000 waveforms) datalogger with interface program, vibration and color change of waveform on alarm.

The live waveform is critical in many applications requiring waveform or A-Scan verification to ensure the displayed thickness value is correct. Typical applications at refineries and nuclear plants are the most critical including boiler tubes, high temperature piping and pressure vessels. The live color waveform ensures the thickness readings are correct.

Auto range centers echoes in the middle of the screen independent of material thickness. The blanking and gain adjustments offer complete waveform adjustment and control. The echo-to-echo feature can ignore the paint or coating thickness.
