ZA-1227 Compact Penetrant Processing Inspection Equipment
Each of the models are designed for a specific testing method. The order of use varies with different penetrant materials, so the units much be carefully ordered to fit your specific application. Optional upgrades include station covers, a cleaning station, a dynamic cloud developer and a stand alone inspection station.
Can be configured for Water Washable Penetrant System (Method A), Post Emulsified Lipophilic Penetrant System (Method B), or Post Emulsified Hydrophilic Penetrant System (Method D).
NOTE: Picture Shown is for a ZA-1227 with Cleaning Station and Pre-Rinse Station, and a Dynamic Cloud Developer Station.
