Nondestructive Testing
COMET's reputation for high quality reliable x-ray tubes was forged in the NDT market and nearly all the x ray tubes they make have been used in this demanding application. The new MXR-160HP is the forerunner in high focal spot loading, with 1000 Watts from the small focal spot (d=1mm), this is nearly double the performance of any other competitor and the COMET x-ray tube technology can be applied right across the COMET product range.
